Phone number has changed

My phone number for my main device has suddenly changed back to the one I had before transferring my number via PAC. How can I get my preferred number back?!

Hey @JRH,

Looking at the system, a number ending in 040 is currently active. Is this the number you'd like?

Yes thank you. I contacted your customer services via chat and they gave me instructions on how to change it to the right number.
