phone number not transferred correctly plus replacement sim not working

my phone number has not been carried over properly to my new phone, some people still get a txt from my original number some people receive a txt from a different number

  i moved to id at the end of sept and bought a google pixel 8, i chatted with someone about the problem and they sent me a replacement sim and said it would be linked to my original number however when i’ve used the new sim it just says emergency calls only

Have you activated the replacement SIM you received from iD, @tammyg

Replacement iD SIM cards must be activated online, in order to be linked to your iD account and provisioned with your iD Mobile network services.
