Phone Number Reverted back to ID mobile number

I started a contract with ID mobile about 6 weeks ago and used a PAC code to transfer my old number. Yesterday, my number reverted back to the original ID mobile number I was assigned. Please could you change my number back to the number I requested.

Just to follow up to ​@Tyler’s point, and for your reassurance, on our system your number is ending in 789. So whatever issues you’re experiencing will be down to device settings. Hope to hear back from you soon. Thanks!

@aliceengland93  When did your original PAC transfer happen roughly and now it's reverted back to IDMobile number orginal issued to you on sign up.

It was actually 3 weeks ago that I changed the number over.

Your contract shouldn’t just revert back to your old iD number.

 

Do you mean it’s changed back in your settings?
