Phone number transfer issue


Hello,

 

I've recently set up my contract with ID mobile and wanted to transfer my number from Vodafone.

I followed the proper instructions to switch (with PAC code) and was given the date 16/04/25 as the day it would transfer over, I would also get an SMS to confirm.

It's now 25/04/25 and I haven't gotten the SMS, my number hasn't changed either when I check in my phone's settings.

 

My phone is a Google pixel 8A.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Casey Johnson   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
