There are a few reasons why your roaming services may not be working. You will firstly need to make sure that roaming is enabled via the iD app or your account online.

Turkey also isn’t included in our inclusive EU roaming destinations, so your bill cap will need to be higher than £0 in order to make any phone calls. 

It’s also worthwhile double checking that you’re connected to the network AVEA. This is our network partner over in Turkey.
