Phone will not let me ring out/receive

Hi,

 

My phone will not receive or ring out - It's not a signal issue.

It then says  'Not Registered on network’

 

What is happening?

    Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@astanway   

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

    ​@astanway  Have you dropped or knocked your phone as this sometime leads to  Not Registered on Network. Make sure if you have a physical sim card that it's seated correctly in sim tray. A hard knock or a drop  of the phone can disturb the contact of the sim card.
