Since switching my phone will not ring when people contact me. Was promised help but that has not been forthcoming. Trying to talk to someone seems impossible. Very frustrated with the service!

5) Type your full name
6) Type your mobile number

In terms of not being able to receive calls, are you still having issues?
When you go into your phone settings, does the correct phone number show?
Have you tried restarting your phone?
Have you tried resetting network settings?
