Pixel 9 Wifi Unable to Connect

My new Pixel 9 won’t connect to wifi networks, it gets as far as “obtaining IP address’ then says there’s a configuration failure or just shows as disconnected. Other devices connect fine, so its definitely a problem with the phone, not the router. Any ideas?

I’ve tried forgetting the network, restarting the phone and reconnecting. No joy.

Sorry to hear that @Upplander85. If only this Wi-Fi network is the issue, and all others connected, then it may be an issue with the internet provider, and I’d recommend contacting them directly to advise further.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hey there @Upplander85, thank you.

Have you tried forgetting/deleting the Wi-Fi network and then trying to re-connect.

Is it only for this Wi-Fi network, or all networks you try to connect to via Wi-Fi?

Thanks,

Tyler
