please send replacement sim for current number asap


Please can ID mobile please send out a replacement sim asap please. I lost my phone and it’s used as a medical device, so urgently need the sim replaced using the current phone number, Have replaced the handset but unable to use as medical device without sim (data) unless connect to WiFi, so extremely Important.

Hello I keep trying to speak to someone on live chat but it tells me there is a 400+ minute wait. I’ve tried posting on the message board as a new topic and it won’t let me post. Please can a new sim be sent out to me please?
