I’ve noticed over the last few months that the cellular coverage for ID Mobile is very poor and over the last few days. I can’t even get signal in my own home or when I’m out and about. I am able to use calls via WhatsApp or Facebook however if I just call a regular cellular number, it doesn’t ring at all. On the flipside if I have a call inbound the person who is ringing me the phone will ring as normal what you would expect to hear however my phone doesn’t even acknowledge that there is an incoming call and I don’t even get a text to say that I’ve missed a call.
Anyone else having this kind of issue? I’ve reset the handset etc and nothing has changed - phone is a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max through iD mobile.
