My port-in from Lebara to ID Mobile was scheduled for the 24/06, but did not take place. My old Lebara SIM has stopped working as Lebara say they have ported the number over so I cannot recieve any 2 factor texts to get into my bank accounts.
ID mobile support has been no help and keeps saying it’ll happen by 10pm that evening, but come that time, still no working phone. Support is now saying to wait for a phone call in 2 days, well, 2 days have passed and no one has been in touch. I’m going round in circles on the live chat, does anyone have a number I can call, as I can’t see any other way to get this resolved?
