Port Old Number

I have recenty change from O2 and sent PAC code and transaction ID as requested to bring old number. It was meant to happen last Thurday

( 15th May ), but still nothing. How do I find out whats happening?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Van Radovan   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
