Porting number over from Three not working

I’ve purchased a iPhone 15 with ID and went through the setup. I tried porting over her old number from three but kept in getting and error. Can you help?

What error are you getting?

 

Are you using the iD Mobile port form?

 

Does the transaction number you’re using begin with a 4?

Hi I’m getting a a message just saying there’s an error and check the information. Ive done this and still receiving the error.
