I requested and received my PAC code 3 days ago and sent it to Sky to activate my new Sim.

Nothing has happened so far, so I now have 2 active accounts with different numbers and providers.  ID have called me everyday since- however, as soon as I answer the call they hang up! What's going on? 

Unfortunately @Jo28, the OFCOM rules (for mobile number portability) make Sky 100% responsible if you’re switching to Sky from iD Mobile.

If Sky have accepted the PAC you got from iD Mobile, then probably best talking to Sky about your switch.
