Problem moving to sim only


I have reached the end of my pay monthly contract. There is no way for me to move on to sim only on the website or app - the only option I am given is to upgrade. I dont understand how ID can keep charging me the pay monthly rate when my phone is now paid up

You certainly can move to a cheaper SIM only plan, sorry to hear you have had trouble with this.

We would advise to follow the steps given by ​@andewhite 🙂
