My  wife and I both have Samsung phones with ID. For the last few days we have had problems receiving calls. Text and email are OK. The phones are on separate contracts. Anyone got any ideas on possible cause or fix?

Update to original quesrion.

The phones also have a problem calling other  networks. Also when outside the house calls can be made and received. Assume it's a network problem and not a phone issue as both phones have the same problem
