Hi,

I am not receiving anymore OTP text messages sent by my overseas bank.  This was working perfectly on 14th August 2024, but stopped thereafter.  My bank reconfirmed the number was correct in their system and validated with their technical support that the SMS was correctly being sent on their side.

 

I have tried multiple troubleshooting from this community and other websites, including iPhone restart as well as factory reset, Network settings reset, forcing manual network selection, checked blocked numbers, SIM card on another iPhone,…  And nothing works!  I can still receive other SMS but not the OTP from the overseas bank.

 

I saw in another feed that the customer had to change to a different network but I would rather not, as I am otherwise extremely happy with ID Mobile.

Can anybody help?

Have you recently changed SIM or handset or plan at all recently?

 

Is the issue only with this one company, or other OTP also an issue?
