My old phone number hasn't been transferred to ID mobile on the date that was stated. I have tried Live chats and end up going round in circles. I can't speak to an advisor as they don't appear to have anyone to speak to.
I'm carrying around two phones and it's really annoying. They've said that I will receive a text message once the number has been transferred, but I've been waiting two days since they stated it would be completed by.
Can anyone help? I'm desperate 😪
