Problem with new sim that you suggested now texts and calls not getting through

You changed to new number, then you suggested yesterday you suggested to get a new sim which we went and got from Currys for ID Mobile, everything was done as advised. Now the texts and calls are not getting through. Texts and calls can’t be made and the number is not receiving either. 

Issue with you has been going on since 19.06.25.

Sorry ​@UpsetCustomer123, I’ve no idea as I’m just another community member like yourself. 

I’ve noticed that my voice services are working now - seem to have resumed between 6pm - 8pm this evening.
