HI. Can you help with switching number problem?
I set up a date for switching on 05.01.24 but still didn't recive any answer, my sim is not working and the old one will be off in next few days also i cant register my account on id app

Wish you luck.  Mine hasn't work for nearly a month since I ported the old number over to ID.

I switched to ID last week

Three disconnected my number today

ID didn't transferred my number to ID yet

I need my number to be activated with OD ASAP


HI. Can you help with switching number problem?
I set up a date for switching on 9th July 2024 but my new sim still hasn’t switched to my old number. I need this fixed ASAP as no one can get in contact with me. 


Hi there @GregBB, ports complete on the day you’re disconnected from your previous network between 8am-10pm, so that’s why it may not have happened at the time you wrote this. We hope all is sorted now.
