QR code on new phone set up not working

I have a new phone that was delivered today, and it asks for a QR code, I have scanned the code on the box and it says 'Wrong QR code'  ask your IT admin for the correct code...I have no idea what to do? I can't seem to get anyone on the live chat?

Which QR code are you referring to?

Can you confirm the make and model of the handset you purchased?

I have been sent two emails both to give me the QR code. 

where is the QR code? How do I get it at ours not there!

Hi @Teddybear 

 

It looks like your app for emails or internet connection has not loaded the image of the QR code properly, it may be worth trying to load the email on a different device.
