Hi i have recently bought a sim only deal . But i want to keep my old number .however that pac code hasnt work . How do i keep my number .thisnis id number { REMOVED }

You can only use a PAC to switch your number from one service provider to another service provider, @Kanwal Akram.

If you’ve purchased another connection to the iD Mobile network, unfortunately you can’t move a mobile number from one iD account to another iD account.

You’ve got two options:

  1. Get a returns number and return your new iD SIM only deal, in the cooling OFF period, then upgrade the iD account with the number you want to keep.
  2. Port-out the number you want to keep to another service provider, then port-in to the iD account with the SIM only deal bought recently.
