I’m not able to use new replacements sim, I had eSIM so I requested for physical sim I received, I activated sim but it’s not working no phone call no data usage

Are you connected to iD Mobile on your handset?
Please can you restart the handset and reset your network settings also?
It can take 2 hours for the SIM to activate and start working.
