    Hi @Steph13

How long have you been with iD Mobile?

    What phone do you have?

What problems were you having, to need a replacement SIM?

It may be worth contacting an agent on Live Chat:-
    https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Once you have opened a Chat, type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box so that you don’t go round in circles with the inane chatbot questions.
Also, make sure you have time put aside to do this as the agents connect to several chats at any one time and so you may have to wait for the chat to connect and also when getting replies.

    Good luck x

Hey there @Steph13, sorry to hear that.

Have you activated the SIM card, put it inside the phone and then restarted your phone please?

    Thanks,

    Tyler

Hello @Tyler , I am having the same issue as the OP so tagging onto this thread in the hopes someone can help.

I accidentally deactivated my SIM so I’ve got a replacement from Curry’s.

I put it into my phone today (Pixel 6a)and I can see the phone is picking it up because it lists ‘this SIM card’ as a mobile network option, but I’m getting the ‘no signal’ and no network error.

I tried to activate it online earlier today on my computer, but on inputting the SIM number, got a ‘This SIM is already activated’ message. I don’t know why because that was the first time I’d inputted the number.

Grateful for any help. (and yes, I’ve restarted the phone a couple of times and reset network settings since inserting the new SIM too :) )

    Hi @Lucy89,

    Welcome to the Community!

Please can you try reset your network settings and test the SIM in another handset?

If you still have issues we will send you a PM.

Hey @Kash thanks so much for getting back to me.

At present I don't have another handset I can try the SIM in. I have restarted (as in, switched off, waited a minute) then turned on my phone, also reset network settings to no avail. Is there any other troubleshooting that can be done without testing the SIM?

If I put my SIM in another handset, will that alter or lose any existing SIM configuration on that handset?

    Thanks!

    @Siân W , @Lucy89

Was the issue resolved? If so how was it resolved, as I have a similar problem.   I have a sim but just says “No service” even though the sim has been activated.

    Thanks in advance

Hey, yes my issue was resolved with the help of idmobile. IIRC, my handset had already been linked to a different eSIM. The guys helped unlink it so I could link to my new physical SIM and activate it.
