i have had a problem for over a month now requesting a mew esim i want tbis problem fixed now or itll end in a law suit

it wont resend an esim request to my email. for a month!

I have a similar issue. Even after 3 requests, I still have not received any email with a new eSIM.

Yes, I did. Something must be wrong in your system related to my account, as my partner just requested one for himself to try it, and he got a new one almost instantly

Is this your solution to the issue? Go and pick up a new SIM from the store? If I wanted to have a physical SIM card, I would have gone to Currys a long time ago, but it seems like it is quite a common problem that you are unable to fix for some customers; I am forced to do so.

If my text messages stop working, would you tell me to go to the post office and send a letter? :D
