Hi,

Been abroad for 2 weeks, had phone in airplane mode.

Now back and off airplane mode and I can't access the ID SIM so can't make or receive calls.

WiFi is fine.

Help!

Perhaps a NETWORK RESET on your handset might fix the issue @Deb Hall.

The handset user guide should explain how to do this.

Hey @Deb Hall,

Failing a network reset you may need a replacement SIM.

I’ve seen some users report this and possibly have blocked the SIM via the phone, which renders the SIM inactive on all parts but doesn’t show any change on the iD account as suspended etc.

Very odd one but if the network reset doesn’t work, pop into your local Currys to get a free replacement SIM then activate it here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/your-sim-card
