roaming isnt working after buying a bolt on

I bought a 10 day roaming and beyond package  for turkey it has charged me twice and it still isn’t working can anyone help with this please

Hey there, sorry to hear that ​@kirstycutler0885. Have you tried restarting your phone and resetting network settings?

 

Also, is roaming enabled via the iD Mobile app/website as well as your phone’s own settings?

 

Finally, have you tried manually selecting the available Turkish networks via your settings?

Thankyou for your reply and yeah I have tried everything I used this last month and I didn’t have any problems but this time it hasn’t work and I have been charged twice
