I had a contract with 3 and a French eSIM with Lyca and could use both SIMs at the same time. So when I am abroad, I can use the French eSIM for data but also have the 3 SIM turned on for phone calls to my normal number.I have just changed to ID Mobile and I can only seem to switch between the two, and can’t have both switched on at the same time. If I toggle one on, the other goes off. So when I’m in France and using the French SIM, I can’t receive phone calls. Does anyone know how to get over this?TIAMaria

Assuming your iD SIM is an eSIM, does your phone support dual-eSIM use, @MariaSnail?Some phones are dual-SIM, but only onephysical SIM and one eSIM can be active simultaneously in dual-SIM mode.Aha. You’re right. I have an iPhone 12 and I’ve just looked it up. It will run a physical SIM and an eSIM at the same time but not two eSIMs. I’ll have to see if I can get one of the eSIMs replaced with a physical one. THANK YOU!
