Following the update on May 7th, my S22 no longer recognizes the Sim card, gets hot and loses battery power rapidly. All troubleshooting attempts to solve with Samsung customer services have not worked so abroad for 5 weeks with a useless phone. Anyone else has a similar problem?

It sounds like the handset is faulty.

If you purchased the handset from us you can take it to your local Curry’s store to be looked at.

Alternatively you can contact the manufacturer directly.
