S24 ultra pre-order for exciting customers

My contracts just ran out the other day and I was waiting for the s24u to drop and I don't see any options for me to pre-order, when I login to my account I get taken to the upgrades page where the s24u isn't listed. The only option I get is to pre-order the phone as a new customer.

I don't want to miss the free memory upgrade.

Hi @Lee Graham,

Our upgrade deals are typically based off of the initial credit check ran on your existing contract, as well as your payment history. However, it is worth calling our sales team to see if there’s anything further they can offer. Their number is 0207 1391 397.

Seems that is how most UK mobile network operators do things these days, @Lee Graham

The best deals appear to be exclusive to new customers.
