My relatively new s24 has stopped taking a charge. Charger  cable and plug is OK as still charging my wife's s22. What do I do??

Can anyone  help me with this as I'm getting private messages form someone called help customer and I think it's a scam.

The user has now been banned, do not respond to them.

 

How long have you had the device?

 

You may be best to take it to your local Currys store or to Samsung directly to look into the options of warranty or repair.
