Morning all. I'm new to idmobile. I've had my Samsung A16 for about a week and the battery is terrible. I don't use it loads and I'm charging it twice a day. That doesn't sound normal to me?. Thanks

Hi @casper1976I've got the a16 5g depending on how much I use mine (I.e Internet useage) plus when im at home its constantly connected to my wi-fi at the very least I only have to charge mine once a day but on average I charge mine every other day ! I'm not sure if it makes a difference but have you updated the software on the phone to see if it makes a difference? But Overall I love the phone but sometimes it does lag but it's not a problem for me & the calls are so clear 😃
