Hi,

A few years back I brought a flip 3 for my partner as a present from direct from Currys.  Within 6 months a crack formed in the crease. This was return and sorted, but sadly within about 9 months the same happened again.  As my partner really likes the phone I decided to buy the Flip 4 from ID Mobile as an upgrade hoping this issue might have been fixed by Samsung with the 4th iteration of the flip.  Sadly not and  8 month on the screen has issues again and bubbles forming on the protective film.

1st question is how do I get this issues resolved and 2nd question is, my partner has lost faith in the Galaxy Flip and wants to know if this can be swapped for another non Flip/Fold Samsung phone with yourselves as she is really happy with the ID Mobile service.
