Hi, ordered a new SIM for my son last Sunday but hasn't been dispatched and didn't get a confirmation, is it safe to just reorder?

You can contact iD Mobile's sales team by calling 020 7139 1397. Sales advisers are available from 9 AM to 6 PM. weekend the time my be up to 5pm.
I'll forward this message to a member of staff for you in the meantime.
