My sim is not working as I don’t get any signal what’s so every at home or out and about. How to fix this

It sounds like you may need a replacement SIM card. You’ll be able to collect a replacement free of charge from any Currys store.
Alternatively, you’ll be able to contact the live chat to arrange a replacement to be sent through the post.

I have it working now but no matter where I am I only get one bar for signal

Is this worse than it was previously in the areas you’ve been to?
