My sim has pick up my original phone number from EE but dose not have any service with ID and the phone now dose not have any service.

PAC code was used and it is using the new SIM card

Your number switch will complete between 8am-10pm on the selected port-in date that you’ve chosen. Please keep switching the phone off/on through the day until it’s done.

My switching date was Sunday 15th December.

They changed the phone number dut it will only pick up EE.

I have taken the sim out over night and it did nothing.

Now EE have switch off the service to the Sim

Morning

my phone is still not working.

is there a customer service representative I can speak too has it now been 5 days now and it looks like we are not getting ant closer to solving this issue.

if it is not resolved or at lease spoken to someone about you leave me no chose but to sent it back and cancel the order became you have sold an unusable product.
