Can’t make or receive any phone calls I think there is an issue with my sim.

If you think it is the SIM then the quickest way to find out would be to pop into Currys and ask them for a replacement. You’d then need to activate it via your app or account.
But have you checked for known issues, using your postcode
Or maybe 3G has been turned off, again using your postcode and toggling between 3, 4 and 5G

Sorry to hear this, how long have you been having this issue with calls?
How are texts and data?
Do the issues happen everywhere or just certain locations?
