I have not received my SIM card. I have switched from O2 but nothing has arrived and there is no way of contacting id . I get emails that the switch is complete but no SIM what do I do can anyone help please.

What do you mean your phone number is disabled?

 

If your services have been blocked due to missing payment, you’ll still be able to call the payment lines 7777 (from an iD Mobile number) and 0333 003 7777.
