If I change to a ID simcard will all the apps ,phone numbers emails etc stay in place if I retain my number ?

    Yes if your request a PAC code to transfer your number to iD from your current provider.

    Hi ​@Petertheplanter 

     

    The SIM card only contains the connection to the mobile network these days and not really much else.

     

    You’ll be able to bring a number over to iD Mobile with a PAC code from your previous network.

     

    Apps, phone numbers, emails etc are typically on the device itself.

    They sent me new SIM cards but it didn’t work
