sim card not able to be switched on in new phone

Husband has bought a Samsung A25 5g and transferred sim card from previous Samsung. In the settings,  we cannot turn on the Sim 1 toggle switch. Have tried reinserting the sim card & restarting the phone. But he can phone my phone so does it matter?

Have you tried to reset your network settings?

It sounds like the SIM is working but please let us know if you are having any issues.
