Order SIM card on Thursday and received emails telling me about billing etc. This is now Tuesday and there has been no sign of SIM card and it’s impossible to speak to anyone online.

Has the SIM arrived yet? It can take 3-5 working days, depending on how speedy Royal Mail is in your local area. If you’ve not received it by now, speak to our Live Chat team to get a replacement, or visit your local Currys store. If your phone supports eSIM I'd recommend this as it’s instant digital delivery.
