Hi, my elderly neighbours ID sim card is no longer connecting to the I'd network there is an Not Registered on Network message .
She cant oder a new sim as she didn't register her ID app and can't set it up now as it requires a texted code to register, there is also no number to call to speak to customer servies.
Could a customer service agent please respond to help.
