sim card not working.

Got my new iPhone delivered on Friday, but can’t get my new sim to receive a signal. I thought the sim just hadn’t been activated yet but I have since read that they are sent out activated. 
 

I also can’t use my PUK code to activate my old number to the new sim. 
 

Could someone help please?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Sounds like you’ll need a replacement SIM (or an eSIM might be better!). You can request one from our Live Chat team.
