sim card not working on phone

My sim card isn't working in my phone, but works in other devices

If the SIM card doesn’t work in your phone, and works in other phones, then that leads us to believe it’s more likely to be an issue with your phone, as opposed to a SIM card or coverage issue.

 

Did you purchase your phone from ourselves? If you try someone else’s SIM card in your phone, does it work also please?

My SIM card isn’t working in my phone and other phones and it will pop up with 4g for two seconds then after that it will disappear and will say no sim again

Welcome to our community have you tested you sim and phone it different areas other than where you currently have issues? 

Please use IDMobile coverage checker and service status to see if any issues have be reported or maintance work and check with the coverage check  for coverage in postal area you need your service. 

Is there any sign of physical damage to the sim card if so you may need a replacement, another thing to take into account is your bill payment's upto date?
