To lock a SIM card, you’d do this in your device, we’d recommend checking with the manufacturer how to do this.

+26You’d normally choose your own SIM PIN lock code, which would be explained in the handset user guide,
The PUK for your iD SIM should be in the iD Mobile welcome email.
If not or it’s lost, you’ll need to use Live Chat to get your PUK.
