I had a sim error which I could not fix. When I try to activate the replacement sim, it asks me to log into my account.  When I try to log into the account it sends a code to my phone number that isnt activated so I am unable to log into activate!

 I have an ID Mobile sim and I have no idea how to get round this.

Otherwise, try speaking to customer service via the iD online Live Chat service.
