My phone keeps saying SIM FAILURE, has happened multiple times now, have to switch off and on again. How do I get a new SIM ?

I’m sorry to hear this, what device are you using the SIM card in?

 

Has the SIM card worked previously?

 

Replacement SIM cards are able to be picked up from any Currys store and activated here.
