Hello,
I have repeatedly called emailed and corresponded as many ways as possible to gain access to my invoices. This I did but now the site has changed and asks for mu ID mobile number. The problem with this is the sim is in a CCTV camer up a s12 foot pole. I cannot recieve a text.
Can they nopot send an email ?
This is extemely frustrating.
All I need are my invoices sim works great in the camera.

It’s worth noting that iD Mobile SIM cards don’t officially support CCTV cameras so usage in one may come with issues such as this.
To register to the iD Mobile app, you may need to receive a verification text, you may need to use the SIM card in a supported device for this.
