I’ve lost my SIM card and need replacement

Or you can contact id mobile agent they will send you a replacement sim or if you want it Quicker go to Currys.

Have you lost it as in lost it in a bin etc or lost it as in it’s been stolen. If it’s the latter you can block that SIM via your account.

 

It would be quicker is you could pop down to Currys in the morning and ask them for a replacement SIM, they’re free. You then need to activate it, again via your account.

I’m sorry to hear that, my best recommendation would be to block the SIM card via your iD Mobile app/website account and then pick up a replacement SIM card from your local Currys store.
