SIM not detected

My SIM card is not detected on my Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra.

I have tried to switch it on-off but to no avail. Somebody told me to get the IMEI then it can be sorted but I checked “about my phone”, IMEI is not known.

What do I do now?

    How long have you had the phone and SIM for please?

     

    Have you tried the SIM in another device to see if the same issue persists?
